How to use

1. Prep: wash and dry your nose. Skip moisturiser, as it stops the strip sticking.
2. Peel: remove the backing paper.
3. Place: put the strip across the lower half of your nose, just above the flare of your nostrils, not on the bony bridge.
4. Press: hold both ends down for 10 seconds.
5. Remove: peel it off slowly. Warm water helps.

How do they work?

No. Use a fresh strip each time. Don't use on broken or irritated skin.
