1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of skelgear.com and to any order you place with Skelgear ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Our store runs on Shopify.

2. Information on this site

The guides, notes, assessment and other content on this site are for general education only. They are not medical, dental or professional advice and do not replace a consultation with a qualified professional. Use the products as directed and stop if you feel pain or discomfort.

3. Orders and prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was shown incorrectly, in which case we will refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

5. Delivery

Delivery costs and times are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Content and intellectual property

The design, text and images on this site belong to Skelgear or its licensors. Some content, such as the open notes, may be published under an open licence, in which case that licence applies.

9. Privacy

How we use your personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
