Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 working days. Our products ship from different warehouses, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, and you will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

International orders

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery costs and are paid by the customer on delivery.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, email us at hello@skelgear.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
