How to use

1. Prep: make sure your lips and the skin around them are clean and dry. Skip lip balm.
2. Mouthguard first: if you wear one, put it in before the tape.
3. Place it: close your lips naturally and put the centre of the X over the middle of your mouth.
4. Press: smooth it down for a few seconds.
5. Remove: in the morning, peel it off slowly from the edges. A little warm water helps.
