Massage Ball

A firm 6 cm massage ball for the knots a foam roller can't reach, like shoulders, glutes and feet. Choose the single ball, or the peanut ball for working either side of your spine.

How to use

1. Place: put the ball between your body and a wall or the floor.
2. Lean in: control the pressure with how much weight you put on it.
3. Roll or hold: roll slowly in small movements, or hold on a tight spot for 20 to 30 seconds.
4. Peanut ball: lie on it with the groove lined up along your spine and roll slowly up and down your upper back.
5. Clean: wipe with a damp cloth and store somewhere dry.
