How to use

1. Place: put the roller under the muscle you want to work, like calves, quads, glutes or upper back.
2. Support: use your hands or other leg to control how much weight goes onto it.
3. Roll slowly: about 2 to 3 cm per second.
4. Pause: stay on tight spots for 15 to 30 seconds.
5. Keep it short: 1 to 2 minutes per area. Avoid rolling directly over bones, joints, your lower back or your neck.
