How to use

1. Prep: start with clean, dry feet.
2. Fit: start with your big toe, then fit each toe into its own slot.
3. Adjust: make sure it sits flat at the base of your toes.
4. Build up: start with 10 to 15 minutes a day and work up to 30 to 60 minutes.
5. Clean: wash in warm soapy water and leave to air dry.
